Peter gave me this recipe a number of years ago and it has become an all-time favorite. It freezes well and I usually keep some on hand to serve as a side dish: yum, yum!

I love Orzo, and how you can add so many ingredients to it for a fantastic meal...wish they would make a whole wheat version for us with high blood pressure...we have to cut back on pasta because of the sugar levels...Yours sounds great...
