Amazing what one will see… Willamette Valley, Oregon. Wine country; farm country. Beautiful sights, colors and and shapes.

This is an amazing spring soup full of robust flavors and subtle earth tone nuances of the up coming summer. Looking forward to when the garden will produce a vast array of greens and vegetables for enjoying.

A simple salad with a colorful look and feel. Contrasts abound with the sweet flavor of caramelized scallop, silky avocado and the complex combination of baby field greens. Finished with lightly toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) creates a final touch for an ideal hint of earthiness.
