Cascade Room Charges and available menus and amenities

    *  The Cascade room is available for meetings, conferences, private social functions, and adds space to our existing 40 seat dining room

We have three basic starting times, and we will be more than happy to customize your start and ending times, and assist you in setting up the conference room to best suit your needs.

*  Morning Meeting or event 7:00 to 11:00 am

*  Afternoon Meeting or event 12:00 to 4:00 pm

*  Evening Meeting or event 5:00 to 9:00 pm

Our pricing is very simple for the Cascade Room - $150.00 for each time slot. When you use multiple time slots no charges apply to the time in-between the slots. If you need to start before 7:00 AM or stay later than 9:00 PM, there is a $25.00 per hour room charge.

Room charges- Cascade Room

 Basic fee for room use: $150.00 when food and beverage spending is less then $225.00. When more then $225.00 is spent on food and beverages, a gradual decrease in cost will be as follows:

·       $225.00-$275.00- room charge is $105.00

·       $275.00-$325.00- room charge is $90.00

·       $325.00-$375.00- room charge is $75.00

·       $375.00-$425.00- room charge is $60.00

·       $425.00-$475.00- room charge is $45.00

·       $475.00-$525.00- room charge is $30.00

·       $525.00 and above room is free of charge

 Room Charges-Main dining room (Available Sunday-Tuesdays only)

 Basic fee for room use: $250.00 when food and beverage spending is less then $225.00. When more then $225.00 is spent on food and beverages, a gradual decrease in cost will be as follows:

·       $225.00-$275.00- room charge is $205.00

·       $275.00-$325.00- room charge is $190.00

·       $325.00-$375.00- room charge is $175.00

·       $375.00-$425.00- room charge is $160.00

·       $425.00-$475.00- room charge is $145.00

·       $475.00-$525.00- room charge is $130.00

·       $525.00 and above room is free of charge

 7.7% state and local tax and 18% gratuity is added to all food and beverage prices

 Amenity charges:

    *Flip chart- $15.00 per day

    *Conference phone use- $50.00 per day, plus long distance charges

       *Wireless high speed internet access- $50.00 per day (Ethernet capability needed)
